Warranty & General Terms and Conditions

Guarantee

If you want to invoke the warranty for a product, you can rely on the legal warranty scheme, supplemented with the specific conditions of Donrox BV, as included in the general terms and conditions. It is important to emphasize that this warranty does not apply to careless use of the product. In addition, it is your responsibility to report any defects to Donrox within two months of discovery. Please note: certain matters may be excluded from the warranty under the legal warranty scheme, as specifically determined by Donrox BV, including:

• normal wear and aging, such as discoloration of the product or a reduction in battery capacity;
• commercial use of the products;
• use beyond normal household use;
• the product was purchased second-hand;
• the serial number does not exist or has been changed, erased, removed or otherwise made illegible;
• connection to incorrect voltage or type of current;
• defects that have not arisen because the product has not been used 'normally', for example due to improper use, use of consumer products for professional purposes or disassembly.

In addition, the warranty will be void:

• at the time that the products have become unusable due to breakage;
• if during investigation it appears that the product has already been attempted to be repaired by a third party. In that case, the research costs are at your expense.
